I was just helped by Steven at this location and he was absolutely phenomenal! He listened to exactly what I was looking for and then helped me get a variety of things! I was nervous about going to a new location but Steven was just so friendly he made it sooo easy! I literally took all of his recommendations because he's clearly the best! I even spent double what I was planning on because he was so helpful and kept suggesting awesome stuff! He definitely deserves a raise/bonus or something!! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
I have been coming here 1 to 2 times a month for almost a year now. The staff is ALWAYS extremely friendly, personable, and are just genuinely nice people. (Everyone makes you feel like family almost) Josh, the manager, is the nicest, most helpful and informative guy ever. He majorly helped me out tonight and went above and beyond in all ways. I appreciate them and I always feel very comfortable there. They are definitely the best dispensary on this side of Aurora in my opinion. I have worked in the customer service industry for over a decade, and the littlest kind actions really go A LONG WAY. So...go here! You'll have a far better experience than anywhere else if you care about customer service. And no, I was not paid or bribed for this review 🙂🙃

I wish they kept better stock on AIRO. I started shopping here again because they carry the carts I like but then it seemed like stock kept getting lower and selection lower. Now today there was only 1 left. I asked when stock would come in and they weren't sure and I had to go a little further to a different place to get what I wanted.
Samantha B was amazing even though she seemed to be having a rough day she was very informative, customer service top notch, always enjoy this location. Kind of like family.
