Really wanted to shout out Ashley! Walked in and out effortlessly got me exactly what I was looking for even though I was exhausted and could barely get words out. For real Ashley hooked it up and has been an amazing budtender. Great customer service 20 out of 5 starts top tier. Always a great atmosphere which adds so much more. Awesome staff and never really a wait. Convenient location for sure!! Once in a while rec can get long wait but it’s always good vibes. The Wylds have been consistently dry over the past year sometimes opening them up and they’re not gummy at all, which is why the less star, thanks!
Asked for an 8th of the most fresh flower in stock, they handed me a pre pack from 3/12/24. It's April 4th, 2025. Lol I'm not even mad, I'm surprised at the audacity. I should've checked but I assumed their bud tender was competent. Avoid this location. They're too busy to care about what you want. Just a grab and go pot shop with no customer loyalty.
Update 4 months later: The store's music is louder than ever. It is also now very hot in the store every visit. Decreasing rating to 2 stars. The budtender who helped me today had me standing there for 10 minutes trying to figure out how to process my online order using my accrued points only to tell me that I needed loose change to complete the order since some "hard cash" has to exchange hands, so I had to drive home to get cash. Aggravating store experiences by this point. I think I'll be using up my points and finding another store afterward. --Original review-- I've been buying from the REC side of this business for 3 years. They have great deals, a great rewards system and the 'budtenders' are usually quite friendly and quick to help. My only issue is the volume of the music is almost always quite loud.. I often can NOT hear the budtenders and must violate both of our personal bubbles by leaning over the counter closely in order to hear them. I have no hearing issues. A bit annoying.
Went in for their Buy 3 Get 1 free special. Ordered four 2 gram $55 vapes but they gave me three 2 gram vapes and the "free one" was 1 gram. Called and their best resolution was 10% off. A simple "Our mistake, we'll credit you a one gram vape on your account" or anything would have been better then 10% off. If i were to go buy a 1 gram to replace what they messed up it would have been around $33 but I would save $3 with their "very gracious" 10% off!!! Most dispensaries would make it right but not Silver Stem. Thanks for nothing Silver Stem!
