Went in today just to ask about whether birthday deals still existed or not, woman repeated herself 3xs that I NEED TO BUY SOMETHING to get any deals (as if I didn’t hear her the first two times.) 😐 She continued speaking to me in a tone of assuming I wasn’t gonna understand the English she was putting out. Her attempt to to catch an attitude towards me just for being happy in her store was noted as she was the rudest budtender I spoke with out of the ten other dispensaries I stopped in to visit with today. 😬 This was my first time going to a Pure Dispensary in a few years as I used to send ppl here all the time for their carts deals, today was a big disappointment from the younger pale girl in the glasses with the long hair working this location this afternoon. Store was clean but she was intolerable, she made sure I spent this bday celebration money elsewhere this afternoon instead. 🥳 (added: if that was true that it was only 54 seconds… then you would’ve posted the video or audio footage instead of trying to discredit me as a local customer. I don’t lie about something like this as I would have no reason to. Shame on you for this irresponsible attitude you’ve brought to their business and I hope your hiring manager sees the real footage of your conduct on tape from today and this blatantly childish response you’ve spat out through their business account. Thanks for proving exactly where that attitude came from that you showed me as I happily walked up to you today. Stop rudely assuming someone is demanding free items from the business when all they’re doing is asking about which deals are available. Looking forward to your upper management dealing with this issue you have later.)
Very knowledgeable staff. Good happy hour deals on Monday and Tuesday.
Yesterday they screwed up my order and only gave me 7 syringes when I paid for 8. Today I went in and got the syringe I was missing, plus they gave me a discount on two more syringes to make up for me having to drive back to the store again. Great customer service! Concentrates and edibles selection is good. If there’s a specific product you want, then it’s worth the trip to this location. 4/5 stars.
