edit: changing my review from 1 star to 5 stars. Someone got back to me after i emailed them & they replaced my broken cartridge for FREE! Thank you guys! idk why it wasn't working but i don't care , you guys fixed the issue QUICKLY , i will be coming back! 10 star service!! thank you guys so much!
