Today I had a dramatic experience at the dispensary when I went to buy something.
As I regularly go to this store, this time it was John F who took me out safely for the sole reason that
I took my money back when I put it in the tip I grabbed a dollar, I don't understand why he had such a need to complain to me, since I asked him for a service, a favor to change the box because I didn't like how the presentation was, the product was very damaged and I told him if he would do me the favor of changing the product. HE DID NOT WANT TO, I ASKED FOR A REFUND AND HE DID NOT WANT TO.
I understand that I am not a customer who buys a lot, that they don't buy in quantity, I only go on Mondays or any other day to get the promotion of four or two cartridges
but I also feel that he has never been disrespectful to people, I also try to learn English with them because I am not from this country, I am Mexican
I also feel that with the little English that I used to defend myself with John F because I asked him to please change the product, he had like 40 identical ones and he didn't want to because I had already registered it, I asked him for a refund at the time, but the next day I asked him at the time to return my money, HE REFUSED, I told him Okay give me this damaged product and give me back my dollar, I grabbed my dollar from the tips box and showed it to him in front of the cameras. I don't know why he had to do this to me, the truth is I felt very mistreated, despised and only because I took a dollar that belonged to me and I didn't want to give it to him as a tip for giving me bad service.
Thank God I was able to get audios, I took an audio, I asked him to explain it to me and even so they took me out of the store, I only had to take the bus to another dispensary to get my marijuana but I still felt bad because I always went there, it was very close to home and I got along well with the boys and girls, with everyone actually, whenever I had the chance I have left him tips for his kind and fun service, well I tried to do it.
Anyway, I don't want problems, I just wanted to know if the owner can read this and could understand the situation, I didn't want to offend anyone, I really like his store, I would like to continue buying there and I don't know if he could give me another chance.
because I know that jhon F is not the owner of the store, although he told me that he was the owner of the store and could kick out whoever he wanted, I think he is only the manager, I do not understand why he is doing this, none of the other employees have treated me this way as he is doing and I have been consuming frequently in this store for more than a year. 😔👎🏻 (this occurred at the the dab silverpeak store on the alameda in Denver co. from 9-9:40 pm on 01/03/2025 would be an estimate of the time I visited the store)

I made the dab my new go to place after my old place changed growers
Been going there weekly for over 3 years
They recently also changed growers and got lower quality but I wanted to try and stick with them
Security company employed by the dab not friendly at all very confrontational for no good reason .... No other dispensaries employ bad security like these guys .... I have consistently had issues and problems when they are around till they finally got fired or moved on
I stopped goin in when they are there
But I had a bad day and needed to go to the dispensary after getting my flat tire taken care of
The ONLY times I have had bad experiences with the dab were in conjunction with bad customer service by the guard in front
Staff would not identify themselves to be complained on at the almedia store on Sunday 4-23-25
security was rude to me so I complained to a customer inside and they refused to sell me weed for talking to her saying they didn't approve of what I said
Was told by staff there are plenty of other places to go to get after I walked 2 - 3 miles passing other dispensaries along the way ...
so I shall

they don't care about you
I just thought about my experience and have NEVER had experiences like these any other dispensary and I go at least once weekly
Now I understand why their buildings have damage to them and people bust out the windows.. I don't see that at any other dispensaries in the neighborhoods they're in
Bad customer service & bad insecurity..
how is your security causing more problems than stopping 🤣
Now I'll have to source a new dispensary to recommend for the conferences, meetings and gatherings I /hold/attend/work for

I have been going to this store on Alameda for years. Today I went to purchase their 5 joints for $20 deal. Usually these joints aren’t too bad. Today, they were horrible. The joint didn’t even smoke right. It was just burning up and I wasn’t even getting a hit. Waste of money! When I opened up the joint, it looked like pure shake and leaves. Very disappointing. I called to tell them that the weed was trash and the girl thought I was trying to get a refund. NO! Just take this garbage out of your stock!!! If they were someone who really cared about their product and customers, they would do the right thing. I would recommend going to a different dispensary for pre-rolls.

Went in this place for my first visit in this type of establishment. And I must admit I was not disappointed. It just so happened to be my birthday that day. And I was even given a free gift. I know this is a place I'll be back to soon. Not to mention, the vibe in there was just chill.

I love coming here. Everyone is so helpful and nice. I really appreciate this store.
