Super nice store! It was my first time in and Julia was very knowledgeable and patient with me! I asked a billion questions and she answered them all. She made recommendations and gave me the scoop on her favorite brands. I’ll definitely be back. Give Julia a raise! I hope they know what a gem they have!
I love, Love, LOVE this particular location of TGS. Every time I go there I feel like I am treated like the most important customer they’ve ever had. Everyone there is professional, friendly, and very easy to work with. They take whatever time I need to make sure I get exactly what I want, without making me feel rushed. But I have to say, of all of the people I have ever dealt with at this location, Ariceli is THE BEST. On more than one occasion she has gone WAY, WAY above my expectations to help me get what I’m looking for. Most recently, she reached out to me to let me know that they were about to receive a shipment of a particular clone that I’ve been trying to find for over a year, now. I mentioned this to her (literally) one year and two days ago, and she “filed it away” in her memory. Yesterday she contacted me to let me know they would be available today and that she would “put my name on one” so that I could come by and pick it up today. Are you kidding me ?!? Who does that………Ariceli does, because she knows that taking care of customers is the most important thing there is in a retail business. She met me at the door, escorted me inside, and made sure I got what I wanted. She is awesome, and I can’t thank her enough. You’re my hero, Ariceli ❤️ UPDATE: Baby girl seems to be healthy/happy in her new home. I’ll keep you updated.
Happy 420! This has been my go-to dispensary for a while, but after visiting today, they have locked me in as a customer for life! My budtender, BEN!!, was very kind and helpful and I got some great deals today. Shoutout to Ben! Thank you!
I always have a pretty good experience at this location and today we had Kevin and he made it a 5 star experience for sure!! Super cool guy, he was so helpful with making all of our decisions, I’m pretty indecisive and he made me feel super confident in my purchases.
If you want to get ripped off, go here! They don't offer what they advertise because of the high demand for the current brand but have it advertised. False advertisement. 2nd, Whe the sign you up for your rewards system and say you can get a discount for your birthday, you better hope your birthday is 6 months away or this discount doesn't apply to you! You guys need to train staff better on what you guys are ACTUALLY OFFERING! Last time going to green solution.
