No complaints other than 2 instances where employees have flirted with me while I'm shopping/checking out. Made me very uncomfortable. I'm all for super nice employees but there is a line that shouldn't be crossed with customers. Especially women with obvious wedding rings.

Love Green Dragon in general but this location has especially great employees! It’s like talking to one of the homies when you go in. Patrick in particular is very kind and friendly and I really enjoyed our interaction! Highly recommend Green Dragon over the other competitors!

My first experience with a dispensary was last month at the Green Dragon on Quincy. They were polite and helpful. I needed something else and could not go myself to pick up what I needed. I called and asked if I placed an order online for pickup could my sister pick up my order. The young woman I spoke with said yes. When my sister got there, she was told she could not pick up an order for someone else. In an effort to understand why, a staff person and manager told her she couldn't be helped, to leave the store, and was threatened with the police being called. This sort of aggressive behavior was unnecessary and this is what gives marijuana shops a bad reputation. Sadly, due to the nature of the business, there are more young staff members and managers. My advice would be to get over your power trip and do better. Be kind and helpful, less threatening, and listen to your customers so you can answer their questions correctly.

I'm rather new to shopping at dispensaries, and I've identified this place as one of the three that I shop. My first experience with these guys was fantastic - my bud tender was super nice and so was the person who checked me out. This was my second trip back. When I was called to a budtender (wish I remembered her name), she looked at me like she was completely disgusted with me. She was impatient and rude. If I come back and she's still working there, I'm going to request a different one. A budtender next to her came over to help because he could see she was being rude. She was rather large with short brown hair. The guy who checked me out was cool as hell. One bad apple can spoil the bunch, I would let that person go if I was them.

I have been a Green Dragon customer for a while and spend quite a bit through their dispos - unfortunately, the service at this location has gone downhill and not worth shopping at anymore.
I had an online order picked up and assumed everything was correct in my order. When I got home, I had not received the cartridge I paid for but a blunt item instead, a significant difference in price and type of strain.
The staff member that greeted us when we came in with the receipt and issue was pretty rude, stating I’d have to purchase the order AGAIN when THEY gave me the wrong item from a $90+ online order!! I now understand legality reasons of ‘returns’ - but the young woman with braids was dismissive and not helpful or professional at all.
The manager Emily (I believe?) was very nice and helped resolve the issue, stating I did not have to pay again and further explained how the exchange worked since it was their mistake but also since the product left, they couldn’t legally take it back. Totally get it, will remember for the future.
I appreciate her help but will not be returning to Green Dragon.
