Pricing is good. But the customer service is SO bad that it's making me think the extra money across the street to avoid those people is probably worth it. They pick and choose which money they want to accept. If you show up with a dollar in quarters, they will atleast shame you for it, if not just deny you all together. They lie about upcoming deals to get you in the door, just to find out they raised the advertised price by enough that it's not even worth it anymore. They walk around in black leather OJ gloves that they never take off, even when handling money, so what's the point? Gloves are probably harder to clean than hands unless they're being changed out. So they're literally causing more problems than they are fixing. I have never once walked out of that store not being completely disappointed in their customer service. It really feels like a group of the old drug dealers you used to meet in a dark alley, but now they're just in a building. (Except the one that calls everyone Sugar, you should teach the rest how to work in a functioning business.)

The people over there three months ago great people. As far as them having product on the shelf and quality product or not then so I am no longer a patriot of exclusive dispensary on 6th and Chambers road and I have been going there for years I'm done shitty service.

Lazy cashiers. Don’t want to take the time out to type in individual numbers to prerolls so they give you the same prerolls. When you firmly asked for different strains.. You know ….do their job. That is how your system is designed so do it.. Geeez It’s ridiculous. Literally lie to you in your face . Acting like she’s picking out different ones & reading them. Like really?

I went in there today with a certain amount to spend and come to find out now if you using your cash app card they charging 3.50 they charge for using the card plus 3.50 for using my cash app card. I go in there all the time they know me so for them not to give me a discount and help me out was wack but yeah just so everybody knows it’s like $7 in fees if your using your card and cash app card.
