Absolutely fantastic experience! I use someone else as my caregiver, usually. I only needed one cartridge, so not a big spender and a 1st time customer. I'll tell you what, the ONLY reason I will be coming back is CHRIS R.!!! He was the manager and if you want customers to keep coming back, YOU GUYS HAD BETTER KEEP HIM!!! I can't say enough great things about the gentleman. My review would be a short essay. Best customer service I've experienced in my memory! Please check these "guy's" out for all of your cannabis needs when in Louisville! Please! I beg you....
Great people, extraordinary selection and just cannot say enough good things about each interaction I have had with different staff members. I would recommend going as often as possible to meet all of them and the amazing variety of flower and edibles!
