    This is the only dispo my Roomate and I go to. They are always so helpful when we want to try new stuff and we have loved every recommendation. Even though they were crazy busy today Parker, Colin, Toast, and Ethan all had smiles on their faces and the wait wasn’t even as long as we thought it would be due to them being so efficient. Thank you Joe for helping us find a good deal today and being so kind. You guys do amazing.

    I am a city girl that Always likes to try different and new products like flower, edibles and cartridges and more and fun other things in the store. My favorite place to go is the candy store ha ha one day we came here to this new place which is. magnolia Road I read it in the magazine rooster. I’m a member and I love to find the rooster in the rooster magazine. That’s where I found their sales and other things that they have available in their stores. It was very nice clean. the staff was very professional and hard at work I like this place has good selection and I love that they have sales. I love sales. I am a coupon, girl coupon Queen I love coupons and I love feeling high ha ha will come back come and check out this place. 🙏💋👰🏻‍♀️🫶🏽😇🤜🏼👍🤝🤞🏼🤞🏼🤙🏼🖖🏻✌️😶‍🌫️

    I have come in while visiting my mother many times and everyone’s been incredibly helpful. I have been helped by Sophie, Joe, and Toast all of whom were fantastic!! Thank you guys for all the help and I can’t wait to be back. You’re all so friendly and educated.

    In general, Magnolia is a lovely dispo and my favorite place to buy in the Boulder area. I can only speak for the med side but the budtenders are very helpful and professional and the selection of products is usually great. I have had one negative experience with a budtender there who continuously tried to get me to smoke with him despite my polite and repetitive rejections who would also do the same to my other teen friend and who would frequently measure out more bud than he rang up. Fortunately, I brought this to the attention of a manager and the one time I’ve seen him since in the past several months he did not try to hit on me. My only other complaint would be that Magnolia medical side is frequently out of lower price flower for days and even weeks/months on end. It’s really disappointing that whenever I call after a few days of them already being out of the value or outdoor oz the budtenders almost always say that no one has even come in yet to take inventory and place a new order for flower. I thought it was a supply issue for a while especially in December when they were out of the outdoor oz for over 3 weeks but it really seems like Magnolia is prioritizing its higher budget customers over ones like me who can’t afford $100+ ounces to take care of their health conditions. If Magnolia could stop neglecting its lower budget medical patients this would be an enthusiastic 5 star review for sure. Edit: Thank you guys for the fast and courteous response, I love how committed you are to customer service! I'm just confused how it's a supply issue every single time when budtenders have explicitly told me multiple times that the orders haven't even been placed to get new flower days after they have already been out of stock. I absolutely believe that there are supply issues on most occasions it's just disheartening to hear from employees that making the actual replacement orders isn't being prioritized. I wish orders and inventory could just be done a little faster, especially since I frequently see employees just smoking or hanging out in the parking lot during their shift and they have to come into the building to help me when they notice med side has a customer. If new orders are something only a manger or owner can authorize I definitely want them to be taking more consistent initiative to place orders as soon as the flower is out. Once again, you guys rock! I was super pleased with the way your management handled the employee harassment and am even more pleased to see your continuous concern. It's a great sign when businesses go out of their way to make sure their customers have a safe and pleasant experience with their employees :)

    Well I'm well known there, there every other day and they know I come all the way from Blackhawk. We'll i put an order in online and never get a message my order was ready. Then I look at my clock and it's 915 and they close at 945. So I start hauling butt down there and then I call and get told no sales past 10 but if lobby was empty they'd try to get me in. I get there at 5 til and knowing the rules I stayed at the door til someone came out and the guy jumped all over my case. I tried to explain that I called and all but he wasn't listening. Guess ill shop somewhere else.
