Steven has been great to work with. He can almost read my mind which makes shopping so much easier. No hype, just straight facts. Very pleasant. I feel very “comfortable “ working with him. Being “old”, I rarely hand out compliments!!

I specifically come here for the daily deals they advertise on their business cards, like their 15% off your purchase if you shop between 4:20-6:30pm. The past three times I’ve gone there, I’ve been cheated out of this deal and have to remind staff of the discount. Staff are always rude when I remind them about the deal, the past two times they said it was the discounted rate but I was still charged full price. I’ve been coming here for years and never had any issues, I used to love this place and was a loyal returning customer who recommended this place to everyone. I drive up from Colorado Springs to get this deal, why advertise a deal you won’t follow through on??
I know I’m not the only person, when I’m in there picking up other customers are arguing with staff over this.

I was a loyal customer for 5 years. First off I will say EVER time I shopping here has been a good experience workers are always nice and knowledgeable good people and nice building . My issue was the change in points system. I’ve drove across town just to shop at Medicine Man even though there are dispensaries right around the corner from me . It used to be if you spent $1500 in the store you could get the max of 1500 points which you could exchange for $150 off your next bill. I have done this for years . I had recent been saving up my points all last year driving 10 miles out of my way to shop with medicine man to redeem the $150, only to find out randomly that the point system has now changed giving out less reward than before . I get it’s a business and they have to do what they have to do . I get it . But with that comes the loss of someone like me a LOYAL costumer that went out of their way to shop at Medicine Man. Very disappointing. Good bye medicine man it was good while it lasted before the new corporate greed took over as the new management of the company

Went in today, got more attitude that high school kids. The girl who helped me had an attitude, she made a mistake twice of choosing the wrong edible. Give me attitude, never coming back to this place, I called to speak to the store manager, an employee responds by saying “how can I assist you” never acknowledged being the store manager or not. Arrogant, rude, staff with no manners. Seems a bunch of kids are running this place, they didn’t pass me to the store manager. Hung up on me the first time when I asked for one. Bunch of ghetto unprofessional kids.
