I recently visited the Native Roots Marijuana Dispensary at the Dandelion location and unfortunately had a less-than-pleasant experience. The quality of the flowers was not up to par, and the staff's customer service left much to be desired. The budtender I interacted with was rather rude and unhelpful. I was interested in enrolling in some program, but she was unwilling to assist me, citing that it was 15 minutes before closing time. While I understand the importance of adhering to closing times, it's disheartening to feel rushed and dismissed as a customer. Moreover, the prices at this dispensary are on the higher side, making the overall experience less appealing. Given the combination of subpar service, mediocre product quality, and the pricing, I won't be returning to this location. I hope this feedback helps both the dispensary and potential customers. It's essential for businesses to be aware of areas where they can improve their services.
What an amazing team at this place. I've been a regular here for close to a year. The product here is mostly in house and the quality and prices are the best. I go crosstown and pass so many substandard shops. If you want quality and amazing prices, go here. I love going here and chatting with the staff. Everyone in this place loves their job, and I truly enjoy every minute I'm there! Thanks all for the amazing service you give me EVERY TIME I visit. You are the best shop in Boulder!!!
The Dandelion was the best choice made seven years ago, an still is today. The atmosphere is clean an inviting. The shopping experience is enhanced by the people who attend to my needs. Great energy an professional. Kudos to Adrianna, Logon, Matt, and Alex.
