    Been coming here for years and ran into a couple things, but overall their products are excellent and staff is beyond friendly. You get what you pay for! Yes there prices are low but you will experience lower quality. Their top shelf selections are cheap and really good on the flower though, compare to the lower priced ones. Its a hit or miss with the carts. Yes they get clogged but so do other ones at other dispensaries. Ive also had others ones that dont work at all once you leave the store. Remember these products are highly regulated and bringing them back might be a bit tad out the way, so choose wisely, again you get what you pay for. Overall its a really good dispensary with good prices, just have to know what your coming for.

    This place actually has some really good flower for some pretty decent prices.. However I would NOT buy any of their dab cartridges or disposables, as I had 2 burns on my lip from them constantly leaking and then resulting into burning my lips when I was trying to hit it .. Not only that every time I go here I always get some defective ass product. Morrison gardens has a way better selection and price in my opinion I think I’m just going to start going there for concentrates instead of this place.. kinda disappointed really especially cause I have a whole defective cart I have to get through til payday 😂👎

    I searched around for the best prices/deals and found this awesome shop in Denver. Super easy to pick up online orders and I could not find anywhere that beat their pricing! The edibles are awesome. Really liked the keef drinks and rockin extracts. The 1:1’s hit really well!

    Been coming here for years once or twice a week, they are very solid when it comes to pricing, employees are always very friendly and the management here is actually dedicated to helping out the customers and they've always helped me out with things and questions or problems when asking. Shout-out to JC and the rest of the employees for great customer service and being extremely friendly! Thanks guys.

    First off, I’m using a throw away account. For the most part, I am happy with my experience at the Stone but certainly don’t want to be flagged just for making a few comments about service & products. As far as customer service goes, my first visit there, I was treated like I was an idiot. I don’t know if the guy was having a bad day or what. I’m fairly new to THC and therefore thought I could ask some questions. I’ve been there a few times now and usually I get someone that is friendly and willing to help me out with questions, even if, to them, they are stupid questions. There are several products I have wanted to try but would like my questions answered before purchasing, for the most part. The last visit to the Stone, I got someone, again, a man who acted like he didn’t have time nor patience to answer my questions. I had seen something on a sheet that I was maybe interested in trying and when I asked him about it, was met with a look of “are you an idiot” followed by, “it’s pretty clear in the name what the product is”. . .which I disagree with. The name suggests the container it comes in but doesn’t tell me how it’s used, smoked, ingested by itself or put in other foods, etc. . .still iffy on it. As far as their products go that I have tried. I purchase their brand of distillate cartridges 1g and a couple of their gummies & dablets. For me their dablets don’t do anything. I purchased 2 containers of them when I was there a little while ago. I took 1 back on my last visit and immediately I was told, “we won’t do anything for you.” I explained that I never opened it, therefore the seal shouldn’t be broken, etc. He wouldn’t even look at it. Told me I was out of luck. Their gummies take at least 3 hours for me to feel anything. . .when I do, they work very well. I enjoy them. Was hoping the dablets would do the same. Their 1g distillate cartridges. . .I have purchased about 10 or so of these, so far, since I found the Stone. I have NEVER been able to use a full cartridge. They have all clogged by 1/2 way. I’ve tried taken a couple of them back in. . .their immediate response is, “You’re out of luck/we don’t take them back/give credits to the account/do anything for you.” I’m afraid to purchase the 0.5g cartridge b/c I would probably get even less use out of it then I’m currently getting. I’ve tried turning the heat up on the battery and even pre-heating a couple of times to get some of it flowing again. . .the cartridge itself started to fall apart. I must have overheated the glue holding it together or something but the bottom of it came off and then the stuff started leaking out and gunking up the battery. P.S. the battery was purchased at the Stone, if that makes a difference. For the most part The Stone has been a good place to get product, especially with their prices. Even though they are close to an hour from me, so I can’t get over there very often, I do appreciate their prices. However, their customer service is hit or miss if you will be treated with respect or not. They don’t stand behind the quality of their products at all. They sell a ton of their own made and packaged products and don’t believe in them enough to stand behind it. . .which is unfortunate. Their typical responses are always the same whenever you bring something back in and usually before you can even get the words out of your mouth they are interrupting you and shutting you down from asking if they could credit you anything. At least allow a customer to get their concerns out before cutting them off and dismissing them. Anyways, do with that information as you will.
